HIIT FIT / CIRCUIT TRAINING
A challenging and diverse workout aimed at hitting every major muscle in your body using a wide range of exercises and techniques that will push your fitness levels in every aspect. We will challenge mobility, endurance, strength and most of all we will challenge your mind!
INTRO TO MINDFULNESS
60 – 90 mins
Join us in a small group setting (limited spots) where we will explore, discuss and practice ways to develop our Awareness of Being. This includes mindfulness meditation, breathing, focus, cultivating inner stillness, prayer, affirmation, exploration, discussion and more.
VINYASA FLOW YOGA
Vinyasa yoga essentially means movement synchronized with breath and is a vigorous style based on a rapid flow through sun salutations. Also referred to as a flow class, vinyasa yoga involves the continuous flow from one yoga posture to the next. Increase muscle tone and strength, improve posture and boost energy levels.
