I joined InsideOut Health and Fitness about 4 months ago and have trained primarily with Barry Samuel. The small gym atmosphere is very welcoming and within a short team I felt really comfortable and as though I was part of the family. Barry really listened to my goals and where I wanted to improve. The whole team is very motivating, positive and really kept me on track. They know how to push you to get results without overwhelming you. I have noticed huge improvements, not only by losing weight but also in my strength and cardiovascular endurance. I would highly recommend this gym and the team if you are ready to see results.

In preparation of doing a charity cycle I felt the need to increase my core strength and I looked to Inside Out Studio for help getting me physically stronger and ready. For the last eight months I have worked with Jack Malone who is skilled, thoughtful, personable, and is not afraid to push me to the limit. I know that I am stronger and have greater endurance thanks to his workouts. The studio and the trainers provide a caring atmosphere with excellent one-on-one attention.
As a regular personal training client I am deeply indebted to Barry and the team at InsideOut for helping to make my fitness goals a reality!! Workouts are never “burnouts” and I am always so amazed at how tight and toned I feel after just having a fun time! Kudos ISO!!!!
I’ve been going to insideout for about 11 years now. It has to be one of the best things that I have done in recent years for my fitness and entertainment. At first Barry’s instructions and supervision got me in much better condition. For several years I’ve been a regular (pretty much) keeping the old body in running condition.
I came to the Studio to work on both my strength and balance. I enjoy working with my trainer and the fact that he can be flexible with my training hours. I have been training at InsideOut for the last 3 years, and am the most fit I have ever been in my life. I am 48 years old and have never had the motivation to continue a workout regiment to maintain fitness. Over the last 10-15 years my weight has slowly crept upwards and so has my waist size. My exercise history has been one of brief episodes of a committed strategy and long episodes of no exercise. That being said I know and want the lifestyle benefits of a healthy lifestyle that includes exercise.
My decision to start coming to InsideOut has given me that things I was lacking in doing it myself. I have for the first time in my life a personal trainer that ensures I come to the sessions, make sure I vary my exercise regime to maximize the benefit of the session and that I push myself rather than simply go thru the motions.
Since coming to InsideOut I am definitely stronger, have more energy and lost weight. I cannot say enough how helpful the staff are at InsideOut, and the benefits of a personal trainer in making the lifestyle choice of better fitness and health. It has made a difference in my life.

I signed up for some personal training, which I was apprehensive about at first but the studio manager and my trainer had such great energy, I couldn’t help but be excited to start working out right away. My first session was free and started with a really relaxed conversation about my overall health, not only physically, but mental as well!
My trainer is great. He pushes me every session and we’ve never done the same workout twice. I’ve never felt this great, mentally and physically. I have attended one of their yoga classes. I don’t personally enjoy yoga, but it was still a nice activity. I would recommend this studio to anyone who wants to simply get active and just feel better. They don’t have all the amenities a larger scale gym has but they make up for it with an inviting environment and knowledgeable staff.
