Coming from a sports and fitness background where I grew up playing hockey, football, baseball and studying kickboxing and muay thai, I felt it only natural to develop my skills helping and guiding people to reach and push through with their fitness and lifestyle goals.

Paul Coulombe is a Mindfulness Meditation instructor and guide. He has been practicing mantra meditation for 25 years and mindfulness since 2012. He centers on accepting and letting go…into the fullness that is innate in our being-despite our challenges and circumstances. Paul shows how meditation (both mantra for relaxation and mindfulness
for awareness) are essential for awakening to our presence. He enjoys sharing a practice that reduces anxiety and fear while cultivating wholeness in ourselves and our busy world.
