Sasha is a certified trainer, certified yoga instructor, and a contemporary dance teacher in Toronto. Based on her diverse cross-training and professional experiences, she has developed an artistic and strong anatomical approach to her teaching. Sasha’s classes emphasize a dynamic physical practice that incorporates the connectivity of breathe to movement, while including the importance of mental and physical awareness in the body. Her fusion style of teaching focuses on proper alignment, strength building, flexibility, and balance. She encourages the exploration of movements that facilitate in opening and generating a feel-good sensation in the body.

Michael is a personal trainer and group fitness instructor at InsideOut Studio. He has over 3 years experience working with clients ranging from 15-65 years of age, helping them to lose weight, gain muscle, gain strength and stability, increase mobility, and feel and look more confident in the gym and in their everyday lives. He also has an extensive sports background in basketball, football, baseball, and boxing, and enjoys helping people reach their athletic goals, too!

Danielle found yoga while studying in university where she quickly fell in love and started to find inner peace and balance. She is also an instructor therapist for children with autism. Danielle truly believes that having a healthy and active lifestyle is vital to overall mental, physical, and emotional well-being.

Paul Coulombe is a Mindfulness Meditation instructor and guide. He has been practicing mantra meditation for 25 years and mindfulness since 2012. He centers on accepting and letting go…into the fullness that is innate in our being-despite our challenges and circumstances. Paul shows how meditation (both mantra for relaxation and mindfulness
for awareness) are essential for awakening to our presence. He enjoys sharing a practice that reduces anxiety and fear while cultivating wholeness in ourselves and our busy world.
