Join us in a small group setting (limited spots) where we will explore, discuss and practice ways to develop our Awareness of Being. This includes mindfulness meditation, breathing, focus, cultivating inner stillness, prayer, affirmation, exploration, discussion and more.

TOTAL BODY CIRCUIT

Spring into action for a total body workout. This class offers a combination of muscle conditioning and cardio movements that will surely get you pumped. Feel good, feel strong!
