Noora is a cardio dance and step aerobics instructor who turned her passion for dance into a powerful source of strength and joy during challenging times. As a young girl, dance became her refuge, keeping her active, joyful, and strong in moments of pain and isolation.
With years of experience in three countries, Noora believes that investing in one’s health is the best decision anyone can make. Cardio dancing is not just a fun activity but a great way to get fit, lose weight, and improve overall mental and physical health. Noora is dedicated to her clients, understanding their needs, and helping them achieve their fitness goals.
