Youth Leadership + Wellness

Our programs are designed and tailored for the needs of each individual youth group and school. We have worked with grade schools, high schools, and major Universities alike with programs including Leadership and Life Skills, Mindfulness, classroom activities or assemblies in the gym. We also program comprehensive day-long activities that can be both fun and educational for the students.

Youth Leadership, Life Skills & Empowerment

Nutritional Seminars

Self-Defence

InsideOut’s Self Defence program helps you become empowered to deal with potential threats, physical environments, encountering strangers, and people we know, in the context of potential assault or abuse.

We emphasize fun and skill development, while teaching foundational life skills so that you can be fully equipped to respond and adapt to a multitude of situations.

Anti-Bullying

Discussion and awareness about empathy and sensitivity issues to break down stereotyping and discrimination. Provoking conversation and first-person accounts of how to deal with peer group bullies. Class interaction and sharing may also be encouraged.

Mindfulness, Mental & Emotional Health

Educational sessions to raise students’ awareness of mental health and illness and reduce associated stigmas and misconceptions.

Body Image

Body image is an increasingly important topic for youth. Topics include personal confidence, social support, and inner beauty. The presentation is tailored to your particular interests, but typically covers a positive and educational view of self-esteem, body image, and the media's unrealistic portrayal of what is healthy.

Teen Bootcamps

Engaging youth in team-oriented fitness activities to cultivate creative, physical movements and games involving fun exercise.

We always welcome the opportunity to offer programs that serve to educate and inspire our youth. With a central mission of mentoring life skills and healthy habits, we offer various leadership, physical activity and topics on well-being catered to the Ontario Curriculum to help schools.
