MEET DANA

Meet Dana, your vibrant, pro personal trainer and group class instructor at InsideOut! With a passion for tailoring workouts to individual/group goals for all AMAZING WOMEN + MOM’S, Dana firmly believes in cultivating a holistic fitness journey that starts from within. She’s all about that INSIDE OUT transformation, blending physical training with mental resilience to help you glow from the core while establishing vital life skills. She has come through her own journey of overcoming physical struggles in the last ten years and during the last few years is sharing her love of paying the message of healthy nutrition and self-esteem, forward. 

Ashima is a Mom + Women's Yoga Instructor, Fitness Trainer, Wellness Coach, founder of Bolly Yoga, and, Artist. With over a decade of experience in pre- and post-natal fitness and specialized training in trauma-informed yoga, she has seen how yoga can be a powerful tool for healing and personal transformation. Her heart-centered approach encourages deeper self-connection through her teachings.

In her free time, Ashima enjoys taking long walks in nature, spending time with her daughter, and creating cherished memories with loved ones and her community.
