About

Michael is a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor at InsideOut Studio. He has over 5 years experience working with clients ranging from 15-65 years of age, helping them to lose weight, gain muscle, gain strength and stability, increase mobility, and feel and look more confident in the gym and in their everyday lives. He also has an extensive sports background in basketball, football, baseball, and boxing, and enjoys helping people reach their athletic goals, too!
