BOXING BOOTCAMP

Boxing conditioning classes aimed at helping people of all fitness levels build confidence through a variety of boxing, kick boxing and conditioning techniques.

This class also includes learning basic striking techniques, while incorporating core and weight training exercises to keep you strong! For sanitary purposes we suggest you bring your own gloves. Or, for your convenience, there is glove rentals are available.

  • WEDNESDAY: 7:30PM - 8:15PM

  • SATURDAY: 12:15PM - 1:00PM

  • SUNDAY: 12:00PM - 12:45PM
